Unlimited KM Warranty
Kia’s new vehicle warranty is more than just a commitment to quality andreliability. It’s a peace-of-mind promise that continues long after the original date of purchase.All Kia vehicles purchased for private use, from 1st February 2008, are backed by the confidence of Kia’s Unlimited Kilometre 5 Year Warranty. Commercial, fleet, government and rental vehicle purchases are backed by Kia’s 5 Year/150,000km Warranty (whichever comes first). Should the vehicle be sold prior to the end of five years, any remaining warranty is fully transferable to a new owner, further enhancing its value. Kia warrants that your new vehicle is covered against defects in material and workmanship, subject to terms and conditions. This means an authorised Kia servicing dealer will make all necessary repairs to correct any warrantable concern covered by Kia’s new vehicle warranty, without charge to you. For further details regarding terms and conditions, contact your local Kia dealer. All Kia approved parts and accessories fitted prior to, or at time of delivery of a new Kia vehicle will be covered by the same warranty applying to that vehicle. If installed after retail sale, accessories are covered for the remainder of the warranty or 12 months, whichever is the greater (except for the Kia Soul body graphics which are covered by a 24-month warranty). Kia’s Prestige Extended Warranty is available for Kia vehicles up to 3 years old. The Prestige Extended Warranty program increases the new vehicle warranty period for an additional two years and thirty thousand kilometres from the original warranty start date. This means that customer vehicles still covered by the new car warranty can upgrade their warranty coverage from 3 years to 5 years, and from 100,000km to 150,000km (whichever comes first).
As an additional benefit, Kia Roadside Assistance is also included in the program, and covers vehicles until the expiry of the extended warranty (5 years or 150,000km, whichever comes first).
The Kia Prestige Extended Warranty has the same inclusion/exclusions as the original factory warranty and is underwritten by Kia Motors Indonesia (KMI). To be eligible for the Kia Prestige Extended Warranty, vehicles must still be covered by the original warranty (3 years/100,000km).
Note: the K2700 is not eligible for the Kia Prestige Extended Warranty.
